Single end cord is the latest addition to our portfolio of RFL* treated products.
Similar in performance to our RFL-treated fabrics, soft single end cords can be
customized and produced from a variety of organic fibers including DSP®
fiber, nylon, Beltec® fiber, PenTec® fiber, and aramid.
Hybrid constructions can be created to meet the most unique design applications.
o High dimensional stability and metered length for
use as carcass reinforcement in automated high performance tire building processes
and also as overlay reinforcement for stable, high speed tire operation
o Good adhesion with uniform modulus and shrinkage
to meet demanding pressure and temperature requirements of automotive hose applications
o High dynamic strength and durability for industrial
belting, helping to provide consistent belt tension along with flexibility and smooth,
quiet operation
