acquisition, the company announced two polyester yarn
expansions at the new facilities and the establishment
of a new European executive management headquarters in
Luxembourg.
Acquiring the North American business of
Diolen Industrial Fibers, Inc., a leading producer of
high-tenacity polyester yarns, in August 2005.
Expanding its manufacturing operations in
Kaiping, China, multiple times to continue to meet
