Gregory S. Rogowski
President and Chief Executive Officer
Gregory S. Rogowski is president and chief executive officer of Performance Fibers, a global leader in high-performance industrial fibers and related materials, with operations in the U.S., France, Germany, South Korea and China. Mr. Rogowski was selected to continue in his leadership role when Sun Capital Partners acquired the business from Honeywell in December 2004.
Prior to leading the Performance Fibers business for Honeywell, Mr. Rogowski served several positions in the organization, including general manager for the Americas and global marketing director. He joined Honeywell - then AlliedSignal - in 1986, and held positions in engineering, customer technology and marketing. He previously worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. and Atlantic Research Corp.
Mr. Rogowski holds a Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Akron (Ohio) and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Richmond (Virginia). He is also a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. |

Richard Black
Vice President, Global Marketing and Technology
As Vice President, Global Marketing and Technology, Rick Black will drive and coordinate global sales, marketing and technical strategies for growth and innovation and provide a global marketing vision for the company’s North American, Asian and European regions.
Mr. Black brings over 20 years of extensive global commercial and manufacturing experience to Performance Fibers. His previous career positions included Chief Marketing Officer at Sigma Group, an industrial manufacturer based in India, and Vice President of Global Sales at Oberg Industries. Prior to that he was with General Electric’s plastics division in a variety of global and domestic roles in marketing, sales leadership, product management and supply chain, including managing Asia Pacific marketing and product development.
Mr. Black holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Alexander J. Carnevale
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Alex Carnevale is
responsible for business operations worldwide.
Among his principal focus areas are optimizing
Performance Fibers’ global footprint, developing and
implementing global strategies, and facilitating
execution and process improvements throughout the
organization.
Previously, Mr. Carnevale led the European business
for Performance Fibers and Honeywell Performance
Fibers. He held several diverse leadership positions
during his 17 years with Honeywell/AlliedSignal,
including Plant Manager at the Moncure, North
Carolina facility and Production Manager at the
Longlaville, France facility.
Mr. Carnevale resides in Luxembourg. He holds a
Master of Business Administration from the
University of Richmond (Virginia) and graduated with
honors with a Chemical Engineering degree from the
University of Virginia.

Christopher L. Fieber
Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Chris Fieber is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Performance Fibers, responsible for developing global business strategies including organic growth and merger/acquisition activities.
Mr. Fieber joined AlliedSignal in 1995 as a Process
Design Engineer and held various positions in
engineering within the Performance Polymers SBU
including Process Engineering Leader for the Hopewell,
VA plant. In 2000, he joined Performance Fibers as a
Business Analyst followed by roles as Global FP&A
Manager and Business Development Manager.
Prior to joining AlliedSignal, he held positions in
Operations and Engineering for Eli Lilly and Company.
Mr. Fieber holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering from Purdue University (Indiana) and a
Master of Business Administration (Fuqua Scholar) from
Duke University's Fuqua School of Business (North
Carolina). He is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and is a
licensed Professional Engineer. |

Thomas Gebbia, Jr.
Vice President, Business Productivity
Tom Gebbia was named Vice President, Business Productivity in 2007. In this capacity, he works with all regions to help improve Performance Fibers’ overall competitive cost position.
Previously, Mr. Gebbia held a variety of financial positions at AlliedSignal/Honeywell, including Financial Analyst, Finance Leader, Operations Controller, Americas Business Controller and Global Business Controller for Industrial Polyester. In July 2003, he assumed Director of Finance responsibilities for Honeywell Performance Fibers and in 2004, he was named Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Performance Fibers.
Prior to joining AlliedSignal, Mr. Gebbia held various accounting roles with GKN Automotive, Inc. in Sanford and Mebane, NC and worked as an Auditor with Ernst and Whinney in Raleigh, NC.
Mr. Gebbia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. |

Alan Giangregorio
Staff Vice President
Vice President Alan Giangregorio is focused on leading growth opportunities and special projects in the Americas.
Mr. Giangregorio was previously global marketing and sales director (including commercial excellence leader and customer service) for Honeywell Performance Fibers, the predecessor to the current business. He held several successive sales and marketing leadership positions with Honeywell, (formerly Allied Corporation/AlliedSignal), in the home furnishings, textile and industrial fibers segments, based in New York City and Virginia. In 2004, he was named Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Performance Fibers.
Mr. Giangregorio holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and has completed Black Belt training with a focus on marketing, as well as extensive training in leadership, business strategy, and sales and marketing. |

Fred Indermaur
Vice President, General Manager – Americas
As Vice President and General Manager-Americas, Fred
Indermaur leads all functional areas in the Americas,
with responsibility for providing strong regional
direction and aligning global strategies with regional
execution.
Mr. Indermaur joined AlliedSignal in 1989 as a
Production Engineer and held a variety of positions
including Quality Coordinator, Fibers Department Leader
and North American Seat Belt Business Team Leader. In
2000, he became Global Product Manager for polyester
leading the global Performance Fibers SOIP process and
in 2003, assumed additional responsibilities as
Integrated Supply Chain/ Six Sigma Leader as the
business was preparing for the divestiture from
Honeywell. In 2004, he was named Vice President of
Operations for Performance Fibers.
Prior to joining AlliedSignal, he was a consultant
with Accenture specializing in JIT and lean
manufacturing implementations.
Mr. Indermaur earned a Bachelor of Science in
Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State
University and a Master of Business Administration from
Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (North
Carolina). |

Vice President, Chief Information Officer
James A. Johnson, II heads up the Information Technology group, where he is responsible for developing strategy and providing IT solutions for the global Performance Fibers organization.
Mr. Johnson joined Performance Fibers from Honeywell 's Specialty Materials business group, where he served as IT Leader, IT Director for Business Process Enablement and IT Director for Application Strategy and Delivery. Previous positions included IT consultant for Renaissance Worldwide and Specialist/Programmer for Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Maryland. |

Hongjian Sha
Vice President and Managing Director-Asia
H.J. Sha is Performance Fibers’ Vice President and Asia Managing Director. Located in Shanghai, China, he is responsible for the development and execution of the growth strategy for the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Sha joined AlliedSignal in 1991 as a research Engineer, where he worked on a variety of R&D projects including computer simulation, new product and process development. In 1995, he joined an AlliedSignal team to start-up a JV in China, where he worked with AlliedSignal and Honeywell Performance Fibers as Technical Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, China General Manager and Asia General Manager.
Mr. Sha received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Fiber Engineering from China Textile University, and his Ph.D. in Polymer Science from Penn State University. |

Marc Sicre
Vice President, General Manager – Europe
As Vice President and General Manager – Europe, Marc Sicre leads all functional areas in the region, with responsibility for providing strong regional direction and aligning global strategies with regional execution.
Mr. Sicre joined AlliedSignal in 1991 as a Spin Draw Engineer and held a variety of positions including Supply Chain Manager. In 2002, he was appointed Plant Manager for the Longlaville, France facility and in 2006,
he became Technical Operations Director for Europe.
Prior to joining AlliedSignal, he was a customer technical engineer with Rhone-Poulenc in Paris.
Mr. Sicre earned a degree in engineering from L'École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) in Paris. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and is based in the European headquarters in Bascharage, Luxembourg.

Kristin M. Sydnor
Vice President, Human Resources
Kristin Sydnor rejoined the Performance Fibers business when Sun Capital Partners, Inc. acquired the Performance Fibers business from Honeywell in December 2004.
Mrs. Sydnor originally joined Honeywell Performance Fibers in 1999 and in 2002, moved to Honeywell's Building Solutions business as Regional Human Resources Leader. She previously worked for Pillsbury and Nissan Motor Manufacturing in a variety of Human Resources roles.
Mrs. Sydnor, a resident of Pittsboro, North Carolina, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville (Kentucky). She is also a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. |

Ronald Werner
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Ronald Werner assumed his current position as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary upon Performance Fibers' divestiture from Honeywell International Inc. in December 2004.
Mr. Werner joined Honeywell in 1989 as
Attorney-Securities responsible for handling securities
law compliance matters. Mr. Werner's subsequent
positions included Assistant General Counsel - Corporate
Finance, Securities and Employee Benefits; General
Counsel for Honeywell's Engineered Plastics and Spectra®
Fibers and Composites businesses; and General Counsel
for Honeywell's Chemical Intermediates, Carpet Fibers,
Specialty Films and Specialty Additives businesses. In
1998, he was named General Counsel of Honeywell's
Performance Fibers business.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Mr. Werner was a corporate
law associate with the New Jersey and New York law firm
of Shanley & Fisher, PC. He earned a bachelor's degree,
magna cum laude, with distinction in economics from
Rutgers College (New Jersey) in 1982 and his J.D. with
honors from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1985,

Torben Wetche
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Torben Wetche joined Performance Fibers in January 2007 as vice president and chief financial officer, bringing more than 20 years of expertise in international business, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, raising capital and general management.
Mr. Wetche previously served as vice president and CFO at CP Kelco, a multi-plant international specialty chemicals manufacturer based in Atlanta, GA and CFO for Carmeuse North America, a multi-plant lime manufacturer and distributor in Pittsburgh, PA.
He also held several senior positions with the Heidelberg Group, the world’s leading solutions provider for the print media industry based in Germany, including senior vice president and CFO of the Americas and U.S. divisions.
Mr. Wetche, who resides in Richmond, came to the U.S. in 1989 from Denmark. He holds an MBA from Georgia State University and received his undergraduate degree in Denmark. Mr. Wetche is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Danish, and has basic mastery of German, French, Norwegian and Swedish.
